Goods are normally dispatched within 5 working days of cleared payment. Goods can be cancelled within this time unless they have been dispatched – a full refund will be given.
Colours and shape of bottles may change at manufacturers discretion.
If you are not satisfied with the goods upon receipt, email us at info@pennylaneperfumes.com and return to us in the same packaging within 7 days and a refund will be given.
